PRACTICE -
Practice is conducted in shoulder pads and helmets. We teach OPTION FOOTBALL and LINEMAN techniques and the complimentary plays that go along with it. If you want to learn about OPTION FOOTBALL join us for a great learning experience. If you want to develop your lineman skills, come work with some of the best line coaches you can find.
