You are to report to the Taylor University campus between 11:00 a.m.
(not before 11:00 a.m.) and 1:00 p.m. on the first day of camp. Check out
will be 11:00 a.m. on the last day of camp.

Location
Taylor University is located in Upland, IN., about 1 hour north east
of Indianapolis and 40 minutes south of Fort Wayne. Take Interstate 69
to the Upland Exit, then Route 22 through Upland to the Campus.
Costs
The camp cost is $250.00 which includes a $10.00 key deposit that will
be refunded when the key is turned in at the end of camp. The cost includes
instructional costs, housing, meals, camp T-shirt and Jersey and key deposit.

Who Can Attend - Boys entering grades 9-12. Grouping for team work
by age and maturity.
Housing and Food - You will stay on the Taylor University Campus, in
one of the Air Conditioned Dorms. Linens will be provided. You will eat
at the University Dining Hall. Unlimited seconds are permitted. The first
camp meal will be dinner (Supper) on the first day and the last camp meal
will be breakfast on last day.

In the event that an emergency arises
- during the camp, an effort will be made to contact the parents or guardians
as soon as possible. If the parents
- or guardians cannot be reached, permission is hereby granted to the
attending physician to proceed with any
- emergency medical or minor surgical treatments, X-ray examinations
and immunizations for this athlete.
- In the event of serious illness, significant injury or the need for
major surgery, the attending physician will
- attempt to contact the parents or relatives. If the physician is not
able to communicate with the parents or
- relatives, the treatment necessary for the best interest of this athlete
may be given. Indiana Option Staff has
- authorization of treatment in the absence of parental permission. Permission
is also granted to the coach or
- athletic trainer to provide the needed emergency treatment to the athlete
prior to admission

CAMP RULES
- 1. Campers with cars must turn in the car keys. Cars will not be used
during the camp.
- 2. Be in your room at 10.30 p.m. and lights out at 11:00 p.m.
- 3. Do not leave campus. Be present at all meetings, meals and practices.
- 4. Campers will not be permitted to leave early unless parental permission
has been cleared with Coach Copeland.
- 5. Possession of any tobacco product, drugs, or alcohol are contrary
to Taylor University & IHSAA polices.
- 6. Those not abiding by these rules will be sent home at the players
expense without refund.
- 7. By completing the registration form, I acknowledge and understand
the rules of the camp.
- I understand that Indiana Option Camps stress football and is not a
"BABY-SITTING" Camp. I have read the rules
- and regulations listed above and will abide by them. Violation of rules
will mandate immediate expulsion with no refund.
RESERVATION POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION
- REFUND POLICY:
- 1. Cancellations prior to June 1, 2009will result in a $25.00 charge.
- 2. NO refunds after June 1, 2009
- 3. If space is available, registration after June 1 will require an
additional $25.00 fee.
- CONTROLLED CONTACT CAMP -
- All phases of Option Football offense will be taught. This will include
MID-LINE, INSIDE VEER, OUTSIDE VEER, MID-LINE BELLY option reads, quarterback
and fullback mesh, and pitch phase. Play action passes will be included
as well as complimentary plays.
- PRACTICE -
- Practice is conducted in shoulder pads and helmets. We teach OPTION
FOOTBALL and LINEMAN techniques and the complimentary plays that go along
with it. This is not a conditioning camp, you need to be in shape before
you get here. This is an instructional camp to perfect your option skills.
Each player will get many repetitions for technique improvement, plus the
fun, competition and realism of game like action. If you want to learn
about OPTION FOOTBALL join us for a great learning experience. If you want
to develop your lineman skills, come work with some of the best line coaches
you can find.
- ACTIVITIES
- Pizzas can be ordered for evening snacks. College and High School coaches
may have periodic presentations for the athletes. The camp store has sodas,
candy, shorts, hats, etc. for sale.
